Proof of the Ouch!

Hi folks

So I've had a pants day (and I'm a little bored) so I thought I'd show you my little war wound :D

Done a lot of Xmas card stuffing today so it aches like mad, plus it's been stressful at work so my sugars are running in the early teens.. luckily I had my blood taken before today!
